Controlling Spending

State spending has increased almost 65% under two Democrat Governors — while household income has not. Jeff Clark will go to Harrisburg and fight to rein in wasteful government spending, demand accountability for every dollar, and put the brakes on a spending trajectory that is unsustainable for our state's future.

Cutting Taxes

Hardworking Pennsylvanians deserve to keep more of what they earn. Jeff will fight to cut both personal income taxes and business taxes (CNI) to put more money back in the pockets of working families and create an environment where businesses can grow and hire right here in the 88th District.

Eliminating Property Taxes

There has been too much talk and no action for years. Seniors on fixed incomes should not be forced out of the homes they've owned for decades. Jeff Clark is committed to real reform — not more promises, not more studies. He will push hard for meaningful property tax elimination so that Pennsylvanians can stay in the homes and communities they love.

As a retired law enforcement officer, Jeff Clark knows that public safety is the foundation of everything else. Jeff will be an unwavering advocate for our police — fighting against defunding efforts, ensuring our officers have the resources and support they need, and working to make every neighborhood in the 88th District safer for every family.

Pennsylvania has the resources, the workforce, and the potential to be a world leader in energy development. Jeff Clark will work to unleash that potential — supporting responsible development of Pennsylvania's natural gas, coal, and nuclear resources, and creating good-paying jobs in the 88th District and across the Commonwealth.

Term Limits

Public service should be exactly that — service, not a career. Jeff Clark believes that state representatives and senators should be term limited. Career politicians who entrench themselves in Harrisburg year after year stop serving the people and start serving themselves. Fresh voices, fresh ideas, and real accountability are what Pennsylvania families deserve. Jeff will be a consistent and vocal advocate for term limits at the state level.
